In The Mouth is a sensual culinary adventure to eat, feel, smell and play with, where everything tastes as real as you want it to. Because food is more than taste when you eat with your heart.
In The Mouth is a blend of fiction and reality, a form of storytelling through the palate. The fiction comes from Chef Nuno’s – our key character’s - experiences, and that fiction helps the public to create the reality. Together these two worlds make up In The Mouth, a sensual culinary adventure to eat, feel, smell and play with, in which everything tastes as real as you want it to. The objective of these experiences is to remind us of our culture's primal relationship to food while exploring our selves and our desires through shared stories.
To support the creation of the project, Sarah oversaw and developed digital platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. In addition to building the content strategy and managing the editorial calendar, she also managed copywriting for all social media and marketing activities and created original content fon the In the Mouth blog. Sarah also collaborated with local influencers to boost the project's local reach.
